Apartment & Condominium Unload Charge $35 - $50
We have a $135 minimum job requirement. Let's say the cleaning of your chair & a small rug only cost $80. You can spend another $55 to meet our $135 minimum OR you can decide to pay our $135 minimum to have your chair & small rug cleaned. The choice is yours!
Your Unload Charge will be added to your $135 job minimum.
Once your technician arrives he will asses all of your needs and provide you with an upfront price BEFORE he begins cleaning!
